Terms and Conditions

1. The Operator

The Wylo studio, website (wylo.ro) and app are operated by the company identified in the box above (“Wylo”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us using the contact details listed there.

2. Definitions

• “Member” — a person with a Wylo account and/or an active plan.
• “Studio” — the Wylo reformer Pilates space at the address above, accessible 24/7 to eligible members.
• “Café” — the Wylo matcha & coffee bar, open during posted hours.
• “Plan” — a membership, subscription or drop-in entry as described at checkout.
• “Wellness coach” (Wyla) — the in-app, non-medical AI assistant for meal ideas and training suggestions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

The reformer studio is reserved for female members. Access to the studio and studio-based plans requires that the gender recorded at sign-up is female; men are welcome to use the wellness coach and to purchase gift memberships.

4. Memberships, plans and pricing

Plan names, prices, entitlements and billing frequency are shown at checkout and may change over time. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Drop-in entries are one-time and prepaid.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge, including recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel.

6. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

Studio sessions are booked through the app for a specific reformer and time. Plans may limit how many sessions you can book per day or month.

Where a plan offers free cancellation, you may cancel up to the stated cut-off (e.g. 4 hours before the session) to free the slot. Sessions in the past cannot be booked. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.

7. 24/7 access, safety and conduct

Eligible members can access the studio at any hour using the app. For your safety, follow all posted instructions and the on-screen guidance, use the equipment as intended, and do not admit non-members. Exercise carries inherent risks — see our Disclaimer.

We may suspend or terminate access for behaviour that endangers others, damages equipment, or breaches these Terms.

8. Café

The café operates only during the hours posted in the app and may be closed outside them. Certain plans include a café benefit as described at checkout.

9. Gift cards

Gift cards and gift memberships may be purchased for others and are subject to the validity and redemption rules shown at purchase. They are not exchangeable for cash.

10. The wellness coach (Wyla)

Wyla is an AI feature that provides general, non-medical wellness, recipe and training suggestions. It is not a nutritionist, dietitian, doctor or other healthcare professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. 11. Intellectual property

The Wylo brand, content, software and designs are owned by the Operator or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. You use the studio and equipment voluntarily and assume the ordinary risks of physical exercise.

13. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

For services purchased online you generally have 14 days to withdraw, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. However, by requesting that a service begin during the withdrawal period you acknowledge that the right is lost once the service is fully performed, and is reduced proportionally for services already used. The withdrawal right does not apply to services tied to a specific date or period of leisure or sporting activities.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published here. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can contact us at any time using the details above. Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
