Terms and Conditions

1. The Operator

The Wylo studio, website (wylo.ro) and app are operated by the company identified in the box above (“Wylo”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us using the contact details listed there.

2. Definitions

• “Member” — a person with a Wylo account and/or an active plan.
• “Studio” — the Wylo reformer Pilates space at the address above, accessible to eligible members during its published hours (the studio is opening soon; its hours will be published before it opens).
• “Café” — the Wylo matcha & coffee bar, open during posted hours.
• “Plan” — a membership, subscription or drop-in entry as described at checkout.
• “Wellness coach” (Wyla) — the in-app, non-medical AI assistant for meal ideas and training suggestions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the app. Below 16, Romanian law requires a parent's or guardian's consent for processing your data, and we cannot collect that consent in the app — so we do not open accounts under that age.

Studio access and studio-based plans are reserved for people aged 18 and over. The studio runs unsupervised, with reformer equipment — an environment an adult has to be responsible for.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

The reformer studio is reserved for female members. Access to the studio and studio-based plans requires that the gender recorded at sign-up is female; men are welcome to use the wellness coach and to purchase gift memberships.

4. Memberships, plans and pricing

Plan names, prices, entitlements and billing frequency are shown at checkout and may change over time. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Drop-in entries are one-time and prepaid.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge, including recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel.

Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account, and Apple's terms and refund process apply to them. Stripe processes only purchases made on wylo.ro.

6. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

Studio sessions are booked through the app for a specific reformer and time. Plans may limit how many sessions you can book per day or month.

Where a plan offers free cancellation, you may cancel up to the stated cut-off (e.g. 4 hours before the session) to free the slot. Sessions in the past cannot be booked. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.

7. Studio access, safety and conduct

The studio has not opened yet. The studio provisions in these Terms take effect when it opens; until then, plans sold through the app cover the app itself.

Eligible members can access the studio during its published hours using the app. For your safety, follow all posted instructions and the on-screen guidance, use the equipment as intended, and do not admit non-members. Exercise carries inherent risks — see our Disclaimer.

We may suspend or terminate access for behaviour that endangers others, damages equipment, or breaches these Terms.

8. Café

The café operates only during the hours posted in the app and may be closed outside them. Certain plans include a café benefit as described at checkout.

9. Gift cards

Gift cards and gift memberships may be purchased for others and are subject to the validity and redemption rules shown at purchase. The buyer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as long as the code has not been redeemed, with the full price refunded (section 13). Otherwise, gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.

10. The wellness coach (Wyla)

Wyla is an AI feature that provides general, non-medical wellness, recipe and training suggestions. It is not a nutritionist, dietitian, doctor or other healthcare professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. 11. Intellectual property

The Wylo brand, content, software and designs are owned by the Operator or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. You use the studio and equipment voluntarily and assume the ordinary risks of physical exercise.

13. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

For contracts concluded with us at a distance — on wylo.ro or in the app, paid through Stripe — you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving any reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The day of conclusion does not count, and if the last day of the period is a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the period ends at the end of the next working day.

You withdraw online: in the app, under Account → Membership & billing or Account → Payment history, tap «Withdraw from contract here», then «Confirm withdrawal». For gift cards bought on wylo.ro, the withdrawal function is the link in your purchase confirmation email and the page wylo.ro/en/gift/withdraw. We email you an acknowledgement without delay, with your statement and the date and time we received it.

We refund everything you paid under that contract in full, automatically, to the same payment method, within 14 days of your withdrawal at the latest, with nothing kept for the service already used. You can withdraw from a gift card purchase as long as its code has not been redeemed. The details are in the Refund policy, section 2.

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are sold by Apple or Google respectively: withdrawal and refunds for them go through that store. The right of withdrawal does not apply to individual sessions booked for a specific date and time (leisure services with a specified period of performance).

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published here. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can contact us at any time using the details above. Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and may refer a dispute to ANPC's alternative dispute resolution entity (SAL) through its platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

These Terms and our other legal pages are written in Romanian and English and are translated into other languages for convenience only. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
