Delete your Wylo account

1. In the app

• iPhone and Android: open Wylo → Account (bottom right) → Privacy & data → Delete account, type your account email and tap Delete everything.
• On the web: sign in at wylo.ro/app and follow the same steps.
• Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.

2. Without the app

Write to salut@wylo.ro from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account and its data within 30 days of the request (usually much sooner), and write back when it is done.

3. What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your profile, body details, goals and the answers you gave when you joined.
• Plans, workouts, meals, logs and photos.
• Your conversations with Wyla and everything she remembered.
• Health data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect.

4. What is kept, and for how long

Payment records that accounting law requires are kept by the payment processor that handled them (Stripe, Apple or Google) for the period the law sets.

We may keep fully anonymous aggregate statistics, such as how many months an account was active, which contain no name, email, identifier or conversation and cannot be linked to you.

5. Your subscription

A subscription bought on wylo.ro is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted. One bought through the App Store or Google Play is not: cancel it there first (iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions).
