Withdraw from a gift card purchase
Bought a Wylo gift card on wylo.ro? You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, as long as the code hasn't been redeemed. We refund the full price automatically, to the payment method you used.
You'll need the gift card code and the email address you paid with. As soon as you confirm, the code is cancelled, the full price goes back to you, and we email you an acknowledgement with the date and time we received your withdrawal.
